All manufacturer warranties will be honored based on the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the sale. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
Can we pick up our furniture instead of having it shipped?
All in-store and online orders are available for pick-up with a holding time of 30 days after you’ve been notified by our store that your piece is ready.

What kind of payments do you accept?
Online orders can only be paid with a debit or credit card. We do offer more options with in-store purchases.
What are good methods of cleaning my furniture?
Dust often. If you need to use more than a dry cloth, use mild non-alkaline soap and water. Then dry it immediately with a soft cloth in the direction of the grain. (Pre-test any solution in a hidden section of the piece before applying it to the entire area of your furniture.)
What are the best care tips for solid wood?
Keep your furniture out of direct sunlight by using blinds or placing it further from windows. Keeping your home around 40% humidity is ideal, but don’t place your furniture close to radiators, fireplaces, or heating ducts. You can avoid scratches and damage during storage or from items placed on the wood by keeping padding or cloth over the surface of the wood.
Can I wax or polish my furniture?
We recommend you avoid polishing or waxing your furniture with any product that contains silicones. Catalyzed heat and moisture-resistant finishes don’t require polishing, but a brand we’d recommend is Guardsman Furniture Polish.
