Weaver sells beautiful furniture and takes great care of their customers. Their wooden furniture is heirloom quality. We ordered a dining set from them and after about 6 months of use we noticed some issues with the wood splitting. Weaver replaced our table at no cost to us and made sure we were well taken care of. We have always been pleased with the service and their products! We will be lifetime customers!

It’s not a surprise that since we found Weaver’s a couple of years ago, we have been upgrading our furniture and accessories room by room. Shhh…don’t tell my husband, but I already have another room in mind. Everything we have found there is absolutely beautiful.

I visited Weavers Furniture in August of 2021 and in addition to taking one piece home with me I ordered 5 pieces of furniture. One of which was a custom kitchen island. After signing a contract for the island and putting money down on the product I was informed ( weeks later) that they had misquoted the island by $1600.00 and was ask to pay more money. Additionally, what was suppose to be a 24 week delivery turned into a 32 week delivery for 4 of the 5 pieces and one of the pieces (still not received) will be a year. Instead of notifying me when they knew the projected date was no where near accurate, they just told me 32 weeks into a 24 week delivery it would be a year and was expected to be okay with that with no adverse reaction. To add to my disappointment freight was way more than expected and due to price increases for gas over the extended delay in delivery I was required to pay todays prices and charged sales tax on the service of delivery which is illegal in Missouri where I live. I do not question the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture it is amazing. WITHOUT QUESTION. I hope my last piece of furniture does indeed eventually find it''s way to St. Louis. It's paid for in full. However, I would never consider purchasing from this company again their products may be exceptional but their customer service has much to be desired.After my original post stating an unpleasant experience with Weavers I did receive my couch in July. The same very pleasant young man delivered it. While he was here he took a picture of my island purchased from Weavers to show management where the paint is defective in a drawer in a non traffic area of the piece. I waited about a week and phoned The delivery person to inquire if he had shown those to management and he said he had and that they told him they would contact me. 6 weeks later I have heard nothing from the management at Weavers and the paint continues to wear off the cooking island. They never even responded. I guess they don’t care about the guarantee that so proudly promise. I will never purchase anything from Weavers again and I would highly recommend you reconsider doing so if you are thinking of buying from them.

Love the furniture made by Weaver Furniture!!! You will not find quality like this at any value city or even the local furniture stores in my home town of Warsaw or Fort Wayne. I had a bedroom suite made and dining room table and chairs to die for!! They are just stunning and will be heirlooms to pass onto our children and grandchildren. Take a look at their show floor, you will be amazed at the quality. I know it is taking twice as long to get orders made but so is every other furniture store across America so just be patient.

Drove in from out of town to purchase a bedroom outfit and a dining set for our new house. When we got there 20 minutes after their supposed opening time, their open sign was lit, but the door was locked. Someone working at a computer inside the building looked up and made eye contact with me but looked back down when I waved. We doubled checked what time it opened and hung around looking at the furniture outside but no one came to unlock the door. There were people walking around inside of the house, and my husband heard someone say "oh there's customers". I also made eye contact with a man inside the house. We left without being let into the shop. It was a bizarre experience.

My daughter also bought a dinning table and chairs and my sister bought a dinning table and chairs we all love our Beautiful pieces!!and the lady's and Paul was so helpful! We will buy again no doubt

We wanted to buy a good quality bedroom set. After shopping around we found Weaver Furniture barn to have the best quality and price for the products we received. They were several thousand dollars less and their products were available immediately. The other suppliers had a 2-3 week wait for what we were purchasing! Definitely recommend them and we will be going back as we are able to upgrade other rooms in our home...:)

I ordered a mission glider rocker and matching ottoman. In the meantime, I moved to St Louis. Through text and email I was able to work with staff to select fabric and stains, Returning for a visit to Northern Indiana, I picked up all the pieces in my open bed pickup truck.The pieces were already securely wrapped for protection and for the rain predicted for the entire trip home. Everything arrived dry without damage. I have worked and purchased a significant number of special orders of custom constructed mission furniture. The quality is superb. Hence, If I can find additional space in my apartment, I will order additional pieces of custom-made cherry and quarter sawn oak mission furniture from Weaver Furniture Barn.

Weaver Furniture in Nappanee is the only place to go for furniture in northern Indiana. i have been a customer for years, kitchen set, bedroom set, living room, all from them. My latest project was a custom tv stand/entertainment center and it is absolutely beautiful, all made to my measurements and specs. i will never go anywhere else! They even delivered to my house in Chicago.

Most expansive and beautiful showroom floor I have ever seen! I have been buying from them for years, their quality is unmatched! The furniture is solid and built to last an absolute lifetime. Very disappointing experience. We ordered a table and 8 chairs on 9/5/20, expecting delivery in 8-14 weeks. We paid 50% of the total at that time and were told the rest of the payment would be due at delivery.We were finally contacted in mid-December and were told our order was ready for delivery. We paid the remaining amount over the phone and delivery was scheduled for 12/21/20. We were disappointed when they only delivered the table and four chairs, leaving us without four additional chairs that we had already paid for. Weaver took our entire payment without telling us that we weren't receiving our entire order. We have had to call multiple times, only to be told by Susan that she would "look into it" and get back with us, but she's only called once with a vague update telling us the chairs still have not arrived. Weaver Furniture has had our entire payment since December, yet we are still waiting for an update and the delivery of our complete order. We are constantly told "it should be a few more weeks" every time we call Susan to inquire about the order. The partial order we received is beautiful, but we are very disappointed that after 5 months we still do not have what we paid for. This disappointing experience will keep us from making any future purchases from this location, thanks to the poor communication and lack of customer service.

Last year we purchased over $5,000 of furniture from Weavers and we're pleased with the quality and customer service. We returned yesterday to hopefully take advantage of their sale. We got only as far as the lobby. In the middle of a COVID spike, the lobby was packed and not one person .. not one, except us, was wearing a mask We immediately turned around and left. Any business that had no concern for the health and safety of their staff and customers will not get our business.

Nice furniture, but make sure you don't pay in full for any special orders. They jerked me around for several weeks after my furniture was supposed to have been delivered. They quoted me 8 weeks delivery, and it ended up being 12. Talked to them several times over the 4 week period, and each time they either didn't know where my order was, or it was in the finishing department. My family has purchased from Weaver several times, but our last experience was very disappointing.

I explored the Weaver inventory to purchase an entire guest bedroom suite. I had previously worked with another Sales showroom to the east, but great dissatisfaction with a large order brought me to Nappanee.The folks were extremely helpful. I had identified the "look" I was trying to achieve, and Sarah gave me opportunities to explore with multiple options that they could provide. The wood variety and quality of finishes was unsurpassed.Despite a delivery date "hiccup", the furniture arrived and was readily assembled by the delivery crew. The furniture was unsurpassed in beauty. The finishes were impeccable. The drawers and slides were perfect.This is my new Furniture Destination.

They have a huge selection of really great quality furniture. The prices for the quality aren't outrageous (excluding the small decor pieces they have around which are overpriced). I rated it 4 stars for the service which could use a little work. The staff stayed to themselves and didn't help until asked.

Purchased a mattress set at Weavers, I was unsure I could find a right fit for me since I slept on a water bed most of my life. But the one I purchased was perfect. Sleep like a rock every night. Mattress is so comfortable and cozy. Fast order and shipping. Very highly recommended!

We got a bedroom suit (dresser, chest of drawers, and bed) from here and the quality was astounding. It took a little while, but the owner, Vern, promised if we were willing to wait, it would be well worth it. Let me tell you what, whoever finishes the furniture pieces knows what they are doing! We also bought a mattress from them, and it is one of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever had. If you visit during their sale (third weekend in March), they typically have really good deals on their bedroom sets and mattresses. Almost every piece is handcrafted in the Midwest and the quality shows. Definitely worth the money for the quality!

My wife and I have known the Weaver family for a couple of years now and can attest to the integrity of Vern Weaver as well as the quality of the thousands of dollars of merchandise that we have bought at their store.Yes I said thousands of dollars worth of furniture. We have completely furnished our retirement home in Alabama with unique and one of a kind items purchased from Weaver furniture barn. The quality is great and prices are fare and as always Vern and the staff treat you with kindness and a smile.I can't imagine anyone having a bad or unpleasant experience with Vern.
